I, Jesse Niesen, member, manager, and sole-owner of Reggie & Dro LLC, certify that all information furnished in this letter and supporting documents are accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of my knowledge.  I understand that anyone who furnishes false or misleading information or omits information relating to this certification may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties, including fines and imprisonment.

Further, the products being mailed, sold, purchased, or delivered, are solely derived from industrial hemp, as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill Section 7606(b)(2), and do not contain more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahyDrocannabinol (delta-9 THC) on a dry weight basis. Hemp was grown legally in a state or jurisdiction where such cultivation is permissible.

Lastly, under penalty of perjury, I, Jesse Niesen, attest that the COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY REGGIE & DRO LLC INVOLVES ONLY HEMP, HEMP FLOWER OR HEMP PRODUCTS DERIVED FROM INDUSTRIAL HEMP, AS DEFINED BY THE 2018 FARM BILL IN SECTION 7606(B)(2).  AS SUCH, INDUSTRIAL HEMP AND ALL HEMP PRODUCTS ARE REMOVED AND EXEMPT FROM THE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT (21 U.S.C 801 ET SEQ.) AND ARE FEDERALLY LEGAL TO POSSESS, USE AND/OR DISTRIBUTE.
